When Don and Paula moved to Oregon, they gave us an African Violet plant. When a visit was made to Bend, a leaf was brought cross-country to Oregon, and the plant started a new life on the other side of the country. WHen the East Coast Violet fell on hard times, a leaf from the Bend Sister was brought back East. This picture of the East Coast Sister is a testament to enduring friendship and new growth.
