The Moon Pie that smacked Bobo in the kisser was saved in the freezer for several years,
then pronounced dead and was summarily disposed of.

One of the great perks of playing with Jake was meeting and performing with other great singer/songwriters. Peter Gallway is way up on that list of memorable performers. In particular was one night at Kenny's Castaways on Bleeker Street when I heard Peter perform "Between the Fire and the Flame" for the first time. What a great song! And having Peter come up in our set to sing "Loving You" with Jake...amazing...Sunday night at Kenny's was always musician's night...coming off stage and meeting Doc Pomas, Aztec Two-Step, David Johansen, Willie DeVille, Perry Robinson, and Manny Uthers...well, let's just say, this bass player was, and still is, in awe...aww...-Bobo
